They open at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is simply near our location but we arrived 10mins late as a consequence of elevator visitors. I was not informed that they presently cancelled my reservation and presented my timeslot to another all at once.In general, I would not endorse this spa to others, because the cancellation all of sudden was particularly unprofessional and caused me lots of inconvenience.
